Rain & Cold Stop POWRi At Macon

MACON, Ill. – Temperatures in the low 50’s and wet weather have forced the cancelation of Saturday’s POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget event at Macon Speedway.

For the Macon, Ill., track, it’s the second rainout in five tries this season.

For the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League, the rainout comes after a Friday night at Belle-Clair Speedway, in Belleville, Ill., that saw Austin Brown claim the feature win.

The Midgets have three more events scheduled at Macon. The remaining dates are June 15, Aug. 17 and Sept. 14.
