MERIDIAN, Idaho — Aaron Willison captured the pole position for Saturday nights Pink Lady Classic when he turned a lap of 10.913 seconds around Meridian Speedway during Friday night’s qualifying.
Just as was the case in 2021 Pink Lady Classic qualifying, Willison was the only driver in the 10-second bracket.
Davey Hamilton Jr. will join Willison on the front row to the 100-lap green flag with a $20,000 payday up for grabs to the eventual winner. The remainder of the starting lineup was determined by a series of heat races and two preliminary features.
Two additional starting spots are up for grabs and will be determined by a last chance qualifier Saturday night.
