BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Jake Swanson outlasted a star-studded field of non-winged sprint car racers to win Friday night’s Josh Burton Memorial at Bloomington Speedway.
The Hoosier Midwest Sprint Car Series event drew 33 competitors to the quarter-mile dirt track.
Swanson took the checkered flag ahead of Justin Grant, while Kevin Thomas Jr., Brady Bacon and Nick Bilbee rounded out the top five.
