Stambaugh Stars In Great Lakes Sprints

AUBURN, Mich. — Max Stambuagh earned his fourth Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro & ARP feature victory of the season Saturday night at Tri-City Speedway.

Dustin Daggett hit the track with his pedal to the floor. Starting from pole in the redraw, with Jared Horstman in the second position and Stambaugh third, he knew it was going to be a tough battle for the win.

Daggett jumped right ahead and had the lead for about 10 laps. Daggett ended up sliding off of turn two and was sent to the back of the field.

With the last couple laps left Horstman, Stambaugh and Gregg Dalman battled for the lead.

Stambaugh was able to come out ahead of Horstman in turn four to claim the victory.

Horstman, Gregg Dalman, Chase Dunham and Chase Ridenour completed the top five.
