VERNON, N.Y. — Rico Abreu picked up his firs Kubota High Limit Racing sprint car victory of the season on Friday night at Utica-Rome Speedway.
Abreu started third and earned $12,000 for winning his fifth career High Limit feature.
Justin Peck emerged from a thrilling battle with James McFadden to finish second.
McFadden came home third, while Brent Marks, Tyler Courtney and point leader Brad Sweet rounded out the top five.
Marks was the fast qualifier for the 40-car field.
