Peck Holds Off Abreu In Eldora Sprint

ROSSBURG, Ohio — Justin Peck has been racing at Eldora Speedway for a long time. He finally conquered the legendary half-mile track on Friday night.

Starting outside the front row in the Kubota High Limit Racing 25-lap feature, Peck held off a last-lap charge from Rico Abreu to earn his first Eldora victory and his first High Limit triumph of the season.

It was his second High Limit victory, with the first coming at Kokomo (Ind.) Speedway in 2023.

Abreu finished a mere .584 seconds behind Peck and recorded his 16th podium finish of the High Limit campaign.

Point leader Brad Sweet soldiered from fifth starting spot to finish third.

Polesitter Aaron Reutzel and Spencer Bayston completed the top five.

Sweet was the fast qualifier for the 43-car field.
