SODUS, N.Y. — The A-Verdi Storage Containers Patriot Sprint Tour will mark its 20th anniversary this season.
The on-track action will start with the Outlaw Spring Nationals at Outlaw Speedway April 15 for a $4,000-to-win feature. It will mark the first of five trips to the Dundee, N.Y. oval.
Other notable appearances at Outlaw in 2022 will include a rare Tuesday appearance with the Short Track Super Series on May 15, the Outlaw Summer Nationals on July 29, the Outlaw Fall Nationals on Sept. 23 and the Dutch Hoag Memorial on Oct. 21.
Oshweken will host three $10,000 to win Canadian Sprint Car Nationals. The running of the postponed 2020 version will run July 1 with the 2021 postponement taking place Aug. 15. The 2022 Canadian Sprint Car Nationals will take place on Sept. 17.
There will be two appearances at the Woodhull Raceway (May 7 & Aug. 13), and Utica Rome Speedway (June 17 and Oct. 4). The Oct. 4 date at Utica Rome is the annual Cole Cup for $5,000 to win.
A single event each at the Selinsgrove (Pa.) Speedway for the Joe Whitcomb Memorial paying $2,571 to the winner on June 11, and Fonda Speedway for the Earl Halaquist Memorial on June 25. Â
The 20th anniversary point fund for the Patriot Sprint Tour will pay out a guaranteed $20,000 cash to the top five in points.
The series will participate in the 34th Annual Syracuse Motorsports Expo at New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse March 11-13.
