CHATHAM, La. — Pennsylvania’s Mark Smith raced from inside the second row and passed Friday night’s feature winner Morgan Turpen on lap four to win his third United Sprint Car Series feature of the season Saturday at Chatham Speedway.
Texas racer Channin Tankersley finished second with Tony Stewart charging from the rear after tangling with a lapped car when he was in second place, to finish third.
Davie Franek started sixth and finished fourth and Hall of Famer Danny Smith raced from 18thto fifth.
