OCALA, Fla. — Mark Smith swept the USCS Spring Speed Xplosion weekend at Bubba Raceway Park by winning his second USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour presented by K&N Filters winged sprint car main event in two nights.
It was Smith’s sixth USCS victory of the season.
Smith started fifth and romped to the front, holding off Mark Ruel Jr. for the victory.
Johnny Gilbertson was third after starting 12th. Tyler Clem and Matt Kurtz rounded out the top five.
