Mallett Is Hattiesburg Sprint Master

HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Jordan Mallett won night one of the United Sprint Car Series Presented By K&N Filters Summer Sprint Car Shootout on Friday night at Hattiesburg Speedway. 

Mallett took the lead from his outside front row starting spot and led all 25 laps.
Two-time USCS champion Morgan Turpin-Havener took the second spot and Dale Howard started 18th and finished third.

Michael Miller and point leader Terry Gray completed the top five.
