CONCORD, N.C. – With four victories in four starts this week, Kyle Larson extended his lead in the National Sprint Car Rankings.
Winning the Brad Doty Classic at Attica (Ohio) Raceway Park and a trio of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions features in Pennsylvania, Larson lowered his average finish to 3.811 in 37 starts.
Larson has won 18 410 sprint car features this season, best in the nation.
Brad Sweet, who clings to a two-point lead in the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series standings, ranks second with a 5.259 average finish in 27 races.
All Star point leader Aaron Reutzel, Donny Schatz and Logan Schuchart round out the national top five.
Forty-seven drivers have now made the mandatory 20 starts to be eligible for the National Sprint Car Rankings.
Freddie Rahmer, who ranks eighth nationally, continues to lead the Eastern region standings. Cale Conley keeps his spot atop the Great Lakes region and Sweet still leads the Great Plains region.
Jacob Patton moved to the head of the class in the Mid-America standings and Brandon Spithaler retained the lead in the Ohio-Pennsylvania quadrant, with Justin Sanders at the top of the charts in the Western region.
Sixty-one drivers have won the 142 features contested this season.
