LEXINGTON, Tenn. — Ohio driver Jared Horstman claimed night one of the USCS/NRA Weekend of Speed Friday at I-75 Speedway.
Horstman, a regular with the NRA Sprint Invaders, raced from the pole and won the 25-lap event, beating USCS hotshoe Morgan Turpen to the checkered flag.
Turpen’s teammate, Terry Gray, finished third.
NRA point leader Randy Hannagan and Luke Hall, who started 21st, rounded out the top five.
