MEDFORD, Ore. —Dominic Gordon won the Tribute to Fred Brownfield during the Tuesday night stop of the Northern Speedweek Tour for 360 sprint cars at the Southern Oregon Speedway.
The Clovis, Calif., driver was aboard his familiar family-owned No. 10 as the win earned the new West Coast hot shoe a cool $3,000.
Tyler Thompson defended his state home turf from a California invasion by finishing second in the Main Motorsports No. 35km, while Dominic Scelzi squeaked past Colby Thornhill at the checkered flag by a blink of an eye.
Luke Didiuk rounded out the top five.
