LINCOLN, Ill. — Chris Bell won Friday night’s Shaheen’s Blast From the Past presented by National Speed Sport News Midwest Open Wheel Ass’n sprint car feature at Lincoln Speedway.

Bell outran Terry McCarl for the victory in the first race of a two-race weekend to close the season for the traveling winged sprint car series.

Brian Brown finished third with Joey Moughan fourth and Tyler Courtney fifth.

Thirty-nine cars were on hand for the event.
