CHICO, Calif. — Tim Kaeding swept the 19th annual Pacific Sprint Fall Nationals at Silver Dollar Speedway Saturday night.
Kaeding passed leader Kyle Larson on lap 14 and went on to lead the final 26 laps aboard the No. 83 Roth Motorsports 360 sprint-car to earn his third victory in the prestigious event. The victory was worth $6,000.
“I’m just out here trying to prove Dennis (Roth, team owner) wrong,” said Kaeding, who announced a few weeks ago he was looking for a ride next year. “Hopefully we can sit down after the season is over and mend some fences. That was fun tonight. I sure hope you fans had as much fun watching us as I did racing.”
Jonathan Allard finished second for the second-straight night. Larson was third with Steven Tiner and Roger Crockett completing the top five.
