Rain Halts ASCS Sprints Again

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The sun was shining until it was time for the driver’s meeting at I-30 Speedway Saturday afternoon, that’s when Mother Nature unleashed her fury upon the track, forcing the postponement the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by MAVTV American Real.

Track promoter Tracey Clay is working with ASCS officials, as well surrounding track promoters, to find a date to reschedule the ASCS event. According to Clay, the date could be in the month of August.

The next race for the Lucas Oil ASCS will be on Saturday, June 14 at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas.
