ELK CITY, Okla. — Missing the win by one position on Friday night, Jace Park made up that spot Saturday at Elk City Motorsports Park for his first career win with the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products.
With the win, Park becomes the 73rd driver to top the ASCS Sooner Region on a cold, and at times spitting snow night in western Oklahoma.
Wheeling the Morton Racing No. 87 to Saturday’s $3,000 score, the win came ahead of Wayne Johnson, with Jeremy Campbell rebounding to a podium finish after crossing 14th the night before in Muskogee.
