United Autosports has revealed its driver lineup for the upcoming European Le Mans Series.

Multi-podium placer Daniel Schneider is gearing up for a third consecutive season in the ELMS LMP2 Pro/Am class – subject to confirmation of entries by the ACO.

The Brazilian FIA Bronze-graded driver will team up with two-time Le Mans winner Oliver Jarvis and three-time ELMS race winner Marino Sato in the No. 21 United Autosports ORECA 07, with full focus on claiming the LMP2 Pro/Am title.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to return for another year with United Autosports,” Schneider said. “After two full seasons in ELMS, I believe we are ready to achieve great results – especially considering how fast and reliable my teammates Olly [Jarvis] and Marino [Sato] are! I’m excited to see what’s ahead!”

For Schneider and Jarvis, 2025 is an exciting opportunity to keep building on strong foundations. This season, the Pro/Am duo celebrated on the ELMS podium at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet and narrowly missed out on a second podium finish in Italy, taking fourth in the 4 Hours of Mugello.

“It’s great to be back with United Autosports and Daniel [Schneider] for another season,” says Jarvis. “We made good progress last year, even though the results didn’t always show at times. The aim for 2025 is scoring more podiums, winning races and fighting for the championship … and having seen Daniel’s progression in 2024, I know he’s more than capable of that. Together with Marino Sato, who I’ve worked with before and is extremely quick, I think we make a very strong team.”

The addition of Marino Sato to the No. 21 crew signals a successful reunion for the 25-year-old Japanese racer. In 2023, Sato and Jarvis claimed the ELMS LMP2 vice-championship title with United Autosports, taking 50% of race victories along the way (4 Hours of Aragon, 4 Hours of Algarve and 4 Hours of Portimão).

“I am really pleased to continue my European Le Mans Series campaign with United Autosports, in addition to our WEC programme. I have to thank everyone who supports me and to the team for their trust. I had a great season in ELMS with Oliver in 2023, and I’ve been watching Daniel’s hard work and improvements this year. I am sure we can achieve strong results together.”

The 4 Hours of Barcelona – the opening round of the 2025 ELMS – will take place on April 6, officially kicking off United Autosports’ 10th consecutive season in the championship. To date, United has secured four championship titles and four vice-championship titles across the ELMS LMP2 and LMP3 classes – and with this newly announced Pro/Am line-up, the aim is clear.

“The European Le Mans Series gets tougher and more exciting every year,” says Richard Dean, United Autosports CEO, “and with our LMP2 Pro/Am line-up, I am confident that we will be fighting at the front in 2025. Daniel [Schneider] has established himself as a confident, consistent racing driver in a very competitive LMP2 field. His development has been clear to see since taking the step up to the ELMS two years ago.

“Together with the combined skill and knowledge of Olly [Jarvis] and Marino [Sato], 2025 is set to be a successful season.”
