LAKEVILLE, Conn. — Rafa Matos, driver of the No. 60 Concord American Flagpole/Nitro Motorsports Mustang, took home his second pole of the Trans-Am season Friday at Lime Rock Park. He recorded a time of 51.658 seconds.
Evan Slater qualified second with a time of 52.084. Jake Drew, Ben Maier and Thomas Merrill rounded out the top five.
Thomas Annunziata paced practice earlier in the day while Matos wound up third.
