DALLAS – AIM Vasser Sullivan announced Thursday that MemSQL will be an associate sponsor of the No. 12 AIM Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 entry during the Rolex 24 this weekend.
AIM Vasser Sullivan will race two identically prepared Lexus RC F GT3s in all 11-rounds of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The No. 12 Lexus RC F GT3 will be campaigned by Townsend Bell and Frankie Montecalvo for the full-season with Jeff Segal and Aaron Telitz co-driving at Daytona.
“I’ve known the folks at MemSQL for the last couple of years and have been impressed by how the technology works magic on real-time data,” said Bell. “As new passenger cars continue to evolve as real-time data driven machines, rivaling the data flows coming off our race cars, MemSQL’s technology will be critical in managing and optimizing that data flow. MemSQL is a high-performance tech partner that knows how to move fast and help companies win with data. I’m excited to represent them.”
MemSQL is a cloud-native, ultra-fast, and massively scalable data platform built to power today’s most advanced applications and analytical systems. Companies including Uber, Comcast, and Samsung, as well as governments and seven of the top 10 banks in North America, use MemSQL to ingest, process, analyze, and act on data.
“We are very excited to support Townsend Bell and the AIM Vasser Sullivan Lexus team for the 2019 season,” said Peter Guagenti, Chief Marketing Officer, MemSQL. “As the No-Limits Database, MemSQL delivers maximum performance in the most demanding environments to ensure our customers are outpacing the competition. Together with AVS Lexus, we look forward to racing ahead in 2019.”
