DALLAS – AIM Vasser Sullivan has announced two new sponsorship agreements with Mark Levinson, the manufacturer of high-end home audio equipment and car audio systems, as well as Mobil 1, the world’s leading synthetic motor oil brand.
The Mark Levinson and Mobil 1 logos will be branded on the side of the car of both of the AIM Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3s competing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship this season.
“We are excited to announce that Mark Levinson and Mobil 1 have joined the team as sponsors,” said AIM Vasser Sullivan co-owner James Sullivan. “Both companies are known worldwide for their excellence and vision. We are proud to have them associated with our team.”
Mark Levinson audio systems are exclusively designed for every Lexus model. For more than 18 years, Mark Levinson has been bringing passionately crafted sound to Lexus vehicles – spending thousands of man-hours collaborating with Lexus engineers to achieve the precise Mark Levinson Sonic Signature for each Lexus model.
“Music and driving inspire a shared passion – one which our partnership with Lexus has been bringing to life for nearly two decades. It’s reflected in the renowned power, precision and purity of Mark Levinson audio and in the exceptional craftsmanship and performance of Lexus,” said Bill Wyman, Vice President, Marketing, Global Car Audio for HARMAN, parent company of the Mark Levinson brand. “The inherent exhilaration of racing makes it a natural extension of this passion and partnership, and we look forward to another exciting IMSA season with such great partners and fans.”
Mobil 1 is the world’s leading synthetic motor oil brand, recommended by more car builders than any other motor oil brand. Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil delivers exceptional performance and protection for vehicles of all ages and for all driving conditions, meeting and exceeding the toughest standards of Japanese, European and U.S. car builders.
“The opportunity to partner with Lexus Racing and AIM Vasser Sullivan to provide high-performance racing lubricants in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD class is something we have been working toward for some time,” said Kai Decker, global motorsports and sponsorship manager at ExxonMobil. “Through partnerships like these, we are able to prove the performance and durability of Mobil 1 by pushing our motor oil to perform under the most punishing conditions.”
