Saturday Cannon McIntosh Third Place Interview
He’s been impressive all week, beginning with Monday’s qualifying feature victory at the Chili Bowl Nationals. Tonight, Cannon McIntosh started eighth in the main event and was in position near the finish to challenge the top two contenders.
At the end, McIntosh’s third-place finish was the best he could do for Keith Kunz Motorsports, but this 17-year old has shown a ton of promise in his second Chili Bowl attempt and tonight’s performance might be the start of many more competitive Chili Bowls in the future.
SPEED SPORT’s Jacob Seelman congratulated him afterward.
