Rebellion Racing has extended the contract of Andrea Belicchi for the FIA World Endurance Cup campaign.
The Italian driver has been part of the team since the beginning and has successfully driven in GT, LMP2 and LMP1 with the Swiss team.
Andrea won two rounds of the LMP1 Endurance Trophy last season (Fuji and Shanghai) and scored three other class podiums.
“I am delighted at the prospect of being again a Rebellion Racing driver in 2014.” said Belicchi. “The championship will be really exiting with the new regulations, all the new cars and and our new R-One LM P1. I have followed the development of the car and was involved at some stages of the development. I can’t wait to drive it. We will first have two busy days at the FIA WEC Prologue. I can’t wait to be back at Le Castellet.”
