COCHRAN, Ga. – Travis Pennington took home a $10,000 payday for winning Saturday’s crate late model main event at Cochran Motor Speedway.
Pennington dominated the 75-lap feature, leading every lap en route to his second-straight $10,000 payday at the Georgia speedplant. He also won the Gobbler 100 at Cochran in November.
Mark Whitener finished second, followed by Jimmy Thomas, Mike Franklin and Wil Herrington.
T.J. Herndon earned $5,000 for winning the Durrence Layne Street Stock feature. Tyler Sanders took home $2,000 after winning the Sportsman feature.
