Lessor Untouchable In Montana

KALISPELL, Mont. – Alex Lessor was untouchable Saturday night at Montana Raceway Park as he led wire-to-wire in the 125-lap super late model main event.

Lessor, who won the last main event for the super late models, managed to repeat in spectacular fashion. He set fast time in qualifying, won his heat dash and then drew a straight up invert. That draw gave Lessor the pole and he stayed at the front of the field for the entire race.

Bodie Morton finished close behind in second followed by Trevor Emond, Joey Bird and Agni Howell.

Other feature winners Saturday at Montana Raceway Park included Rick Mitchell (hobby stocks), Troy Pilgram (bombers) and Tyler Emond (bandoleros).
