BREWERTON, N.Y. — Jimmy Phelps charged from the fourth row to win Friday night’s big-block modified feature at Brewerton Speedway.
Phelps claimed the 35-lap event ahead of 12th-starter Max McLaughlin on the quarter-mile dirt track.
Tom Sears Jr. finished third, with Jackson Gill and Tim Sears Jr. rounding out the top five.
Amy Holland claimed the 25-lap sportsman feature, racing from 11th on the grid.
Larry Wight won the ESS sprint car feature and Chris Bonoffski topped the four-cylinder event.
