CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – Matt Sheppard banked $4,000 for winning Thursday night’s 40-lap Pepsi Big-Block Modified feature at Land of Legends Raceway, part of the track’s Groundpounders Spectacular presented by Honeoye Auto Parts.
Sheppard took his familiar No. 9s to the checkered flag ahead of Jimmy Phelps, with Billy Decker, Erick Rudolph and Alan Johnson filling out the top five.
Other division winners included Matt Janczuk (Speed Connection Sportsman Modified) and Jimmy Grant (Street Stock).
