DUNDEE, N.Y. – Matt Sheppard collected his 33rd victory of the season on Friday night, winning the modified feature at Outlaw Speedway to lock up his second track championship in as many weeks.
Sheppard, who won the track championship at Land of Legends Raceway a week ago, bested Justin Wright to win Friday’s modified feature at the New York oval.
Jim LaRock, Brady Fultz and Dillon Groover completed the top-five.
Other feature winners on Friday included Steve Gray (Hoosier Tire Sportsman), Chris Silvers (American Racer Sportsman make-up), Brian Fish (American Racer Sportsman), Glenn Whritenour (Street Stock), Brandon Smith (two IMCA Modified features), Adam Austin (4 Cylinder), Bruce Kinner (Hobby Stock) and Blake Parsons (Bandit).
