THOROLD, Ontario – Gary Lindberg won his first 358 Modified Track title as Semenuk’s Esso presented the 68th Season Championships at Merrittville Speedway on Saturday night.
Brad Rouse won the David Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman track championship. Rob Murray won his second consecutive Hoosier Stock track title. Josh Sliter earned the Doidge Builders Centres Mod Lites title. Tyler Lafantaisie earned the Central Fabricating 4 Cylinders championship and Kevin Conley was declared the track champion in the Dave’s Auto and Speed Centre V6 division.
On track saw Mike Bowman score his second win in a row and third on the season in the S&W Service Center Modifieds. The third of the season for Bowman came in the John Spencer Memorial 50.
Paul Gaboury won his second David Chevrolet DIRTcar Sportsman feature of the season. Murray won his seventh Hoosier Stock feature of the season. Sliter won his sixth Doidge Building Centres Mod Lites feature of the season. Jay Moulton won the Central Fabricating 4 Cylinders feature. John Couture won the Dave’s Auto and Speed Centre V6 feature.
