PORT COLBORNE, Ontario – A packed grandstands and some 90-plus different teams took part in the annual Eve of Destruction presented by ATTAR Metals at New Humberstone Speedway Sunday afternoon.
Jordan Willms crossed the line first in the 50-lap Enduro. Gillian Hills claimed the Ladies Race victory. Neil Martens won Autocross. Joe and Zach Bleich were the winners of the Chain Race. R
icky Savage won the Blindfold race. Savage would also be awarded with the Best Appearing Trailer in the Boat-Trailer Race, which was won by Cole Tenders. Savage would also win the Big Car Demolition Derby.
Tim Ferrell won the forwards-backwards race. Shelly won the Three-Wide Drag Race while Chris Sherk (Small Car Demo), and Willy Barnes (SUV/Truck/Mini Van Demo) also picked up victories.
