In the 35-Lap Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modified feature, Billings would battle leader Matt Hulsizer before the first caution on lap-nineteen. On the restart Billings using the top of the speedway would drive by Hulsizer to be scored the new leader and from there he drove a flawless race for the popular win.

At the halfway point Hulsizer and Billings broke away from the pack as they still raced for the lead. Behind the top-two, racing was two and three wide throughout the field before the first caution on lap-19 for a slowing Tom Sears Jr..
On the restart Billings used the top of the speedway to shoot by Hulsizer to be scored the new leader of the race on lap-twenty.
With 10-laps to go Billings was on rails still running the top as he opened a quarter of a straightaway lead on the field. Hulsizer, Bower, Chad Phelps and Hile still showed on the scoring tower as the final laps started clicking off.
Then final yellow would wave on lap-30 erasing Billings’ lead setting up a five-lap dash for cash. Over the final laps Billings wasn’t going to be denied as he pulled away for his first ever Brewerton win. Matt Hulsizer, Chuck Bower, Chad Phelps and Tim Sears Jr. finished second through fifth. Chris Hile, Matt Sheppard, Jimmy Phelps, Rob Bellinger and Chris Mackey completed the top-ten.
“We’ve been running pretty good here. We run good and then we don’t run good. After last week we changed a few things and we will take this win,” said Billings.
