NSSN Partners With Knoxville Raceway


MOORESVILLE, N.C. — National Speed Sport News and Knoxville Raceway have announced a partnership aimed at bringing added awareness and excitement to sprint car racing’s biggest event while helping NSSN connect with its core audience.

“Dirt-track racing is the heart and soul of National Speed Sport News,” said C.O.O. Joe Tripp. “Although we cover it all — from Formula One to Supercross — our core audience, the folks who’ve been with National Speed Sport News for years, remain the passionate grassroots dirt track fan, and the Knoxville Nationals is their Super Bowl. Between the new Knoxville VIP Sweepstakes and all the added excitement we’re working on for the event itself, we’ve added a ton of excitement and exposure for the Knoxville Nationals and for our ever-expanding portfolio of motorsports media platforms.”

Fans can enter beginning Saturday, June 16th at www.nationalspeedsportnews.com/knoxvillevip or on NSSN’s Facebook site at www.facebook.com/speedsport. There’s no cost or obligation to enter, and the winner will be announced at the 2012 Knoxville Nationals during Saturday’s finale.

Additionally, National Speed Sport News becomes the “Official Racing News of Knoxville Raceway,” which includes naming rights to the annual Nationals precursor race — the SPEED SPORT Knoxville World Challenge. NSSN will have a major presence at the event — with contest signups, special subscription offers on its SPEED SPORT Magazine, autograph sessions and more.
