Williams Secures VMS Triumph


JAMAICA, Va. — The 2013 season got underway at Bill Sawyer’s Virginia Motor Speedway with some fantastic racing in all divisions.

Justin Williams took over the top spot on lap 12 with and inside move on David Puckett out of turn two. Once out front Williams set sail and cruised to his first win in the late models.

Troy Williams finished second, followed by Tim Shelton, John Staton and Joe Ender.

Brett Atkins won the sportsman feature and Chris Arnold topped the modified race.

Wesley givens won the limited stock car event.
