Prillaman Stars At Richmond Coliseum

RICHMOND, Va. — Scott Prillaman took the point on lap 27 and led the rest of the way for the win in the 50-lap Top Dog race, the featured event of Saturday evening’s Snap-On Tools 200 for Arena Racing USA’s Pro Series at the Richmond Coliseum.

The victory was Prillaman’s fourth overall of the season and his first in a Top Dog tilt.

Prillaman took the lead when Cody Carlton got sideways and second-place Robbie Davis checked up on lap 27. From there, Prillaman sailed to the victory with Carlton, Jason Stryon, Jordan Wood and Tommy Jackson Jr. filling the top five.

Prillaman also won the A main and Jackson topped the B main.

Garrett Manes bested the youth series feature.
