MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Poor weather conditions and an unfavorable forecast have forced Williams Grove Speedway officials to cancel Friday’s program.
Rainfall that is expected to last into Friday morning, steadily decreasing temperatures expected on Friday and steadily increasing winds gusting to 30-40 mph on Friday forced track officials to make the decision to cancel Friday’s event.
The track will be back in action on March 29, with the ULMS Late Models recently being added to the program that will also feature the 410 sprint cars. The sprint cars will race for $4,080 while the ULMS Late Models will battle for $3,000.
