Billy Boat
A winner of the Turkey Night Grand Prix in 1995, Billy Boat made multiple starts in the Indianapolis 500. He failed to qualify in 1996 before returning in 1997 with A.J. Foyt Racing, finishing seventh. He won the pole the following season in one of Foyt’s cars, but finished 23rd. His best finish in seven Indianapolis 500 starts was a third-place effort in 1999.
