Rich Vogler
A multi-time champion in USAC competition, Rich Vogler competed in the Indianapolis 500 five times between 1985 and ’89. His best finish came in his last attempt, when he started shotgun on the field and finished eighth. It was also the only time he was running at the completion of the Indianapolis 500.
