Randy Lanier
A champion of the IMSA Camel GT series, Randy Lanier made one appearance at Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the Greatest Spectacle in Racing. After failing to qualify the previous year, Lanier made the race driving for Arciero Racing in 1986. He qualified 13th and finished 10th, which was enough to earn him the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year Award.
