Steve Kinser
Twenty-time World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series champion Steve Kinser competed in the 1997 Indianapolis 500, driving for Sinden Racing Services. He qualified 20th but failed to finish the race because of an accident after 185 laps. He previously attempted to qualify for the race in 1981 when he was 26, but a crash during practice derailed his efforts.
