2018 champion Caleb Saiz, of Albuquerque, N.M., earned two wins on his way to the 2020 New Mexico Motor Racing Ass’n championship, driving for David Burns.
The New Mexico-based non-winged sprint car series contested six events this season.
Don Grable was the only other racer to win multiple feature wins, earning two. Michael Fanelli and Rick Ziehl earned the other two features.

After a second-place point finish in 2019, Todd Bertrand won the Northeastern Midget Ass’n championship in 2020.
Although he was winless for the season, Bertrand finished in the top 10 in all eight races the series contested.
Randy Cabral topped the series‘ win list, with three, while Avery Stoehr claimed two wins as the only other driver to nab multiple checkers.
Bertrand Motorsports earned four of the five top owner point finishes, including the owner championship.

By taking the green at the Sept. 18 finale at River Cities Speedway, Jade Hastings, of Grand Forks, N.D., earned the Buffalo Wild Wings Northern Outlaw Sprint Ass’n championship.
Hastings went on to win the finale, his sixth win of the season, also collecting a $1,520 bounty placed on two-time NOSA champion Austin Pierce, after Pierce entered the event with a three-win streak.
It was the second time Hastings collected a bounty on Pierce this season.
Pierce won a total of 10 features in 2020, while Brendan Mullen was the only other multiple feature winner, with two.
NRA SPRINT INVADERS
The K&L Ready Mix NRA Sprint Invaders were only able to compete two events in 2020, a race at Fremont Speedway won by Chase Dunham in June and a race at Plymouth Speedway in October won by Tim Allison.

Casey Buechler was the series‘ Rookie of the Year.
At the 2020 awards banquet, series owner Kerry Gorby announced that Terry Mattox has purchased an interest in the series and is now co-owner of OCRS.
