4400 Unlimited driver Paul Wolff was over four minutes, 30 seconds ahead of Josh Blyler when he crossed the finish line at Ultra4 USA’s Rush Anniversary Bash on Saturday afternoon.
The No. 1018 entry started the weekend off by leading the qualifying session in Rush, Ky., on Friday.
Wolff went on to conquer the two-hour race in expert fashion, scoring his first win of the Ultra4 season. The No. 41 of Blyler earned second, while Tad Dowker maneuvered his No. 906 entry into third place.
Cade Rodd and Phillip McGilton completed the top five in the 4400 Unlimited class.
Earlier in the day, the 4500 Mod and 4800 Legends divisions took over the track for their combined, four-lap event.
Jesse Oliver wheeled his No. 4517 Ford to victory in the 4500 Mod class, with Cody St. Clair and Duane Garretson filing in behind him. Ryan Taylor dominated the 4800 Legends portion in his No. 53 car, while Steven Rose Jr. and Ryan Webb completed the top three.
In addition, the 4600 Stock class ran on Friday. Mike Henson, in the No. 4619 Toyota, rebounded from his fourth-place performance in qualifying and won the 1-hour, 30-minute race after stealing the lead from Doug Langford on lap three. Adam Collen was second in the No. 4642 Jeep, while Langford finished third in his No. 4699 entry.
