Ultra4 USA & MAO Announce Television, Streaming Plans

JAY, Okla. — American Outdoor Events, which owns and operates MidAmerica Outdoors, Ultra4 USA and MAO Racing series, announced today that all rounds of the Ultra4 USA championship series (with the exception of King of the Hammers) and MAO Trucks Short Course Series will air on the newly-formed SPEED SPORT 1.

These two series, plus MAO Side by Side racing and other AOE events will also stream live and on-demand on AmericanOutdoorEvents.TV and on SPEEDSPORT.tv.

SPEED SPORT and AOE announced the streaming partnership last year, and are elevating the bar for America’s premiere off-road series by delivering innovative live and tape-delayed content to a massive audience. The AOE schedule includes both regional events as well as marquee tent-pole events “VISIONS OFF-ROAD” and “LEGENDS OF THE FALL” that will incorporate a family-friendly festival atmosphere and multiple racing series, concerts, boat racing, even rodeo and stunt shows.

The Ultra4 USA season kicked off last week at King of the Hammers and will pick up with round two (East) at Rush, Ky., on April 20, followed by round three (West) at Broadview, Montana. The two divisions will vie for double points at VISIONS in Jay, Okla., June 14-18. The East division will then head to Reading, Pa., for round four, and the second double-points event will take place at Crandon, Wis., over Labor Day Weekend.

Ultra4 West then heads to Disney, Okla., for round seven.

The Ultra4 USA season will conclude at Legends of the Fall in Lake Havasu, Ariz., Oct. 24-29.

MidAmerica Trucks will kick off its inaugural season at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo., April 28-30, then contest the remaining three rounds at MidAmerica Off-Road in Jay, Okla., May 26-29, June 14-18 (VISIONS Off Road) and July 20-23 (MAO Trucks Finale). Each event will air tape-delayed exclusively on SPEED SPORT 1 approximately two weeks later.

Select events will eventually broadcast live on SPEED SPORT 1.

“What an amazing opportunity not just for MidAmerica, Ultra4 and AOE but for our racers and marketing partners,” said Jason Robinett, owner/founder of American Outdoor Events. “SPEED SPORT has stepped up to the challenges of off-road production and broadcasting to allow us to elevate all of the off-road world for our racers, marketing partners and enthusiasts.

“So many exciting things in the works. We are just getting started and having a true partnership with the SPEED SPORT team will undoubtedly help us all achieve and exceed our goals.”

“Adding a television component to the already-successful production and streaming strategy for Ultra4 USA and MidAmerica Racing will expose these top-level series to a massive, diverse audience, creating tremendous value for marketing partners, racers and fans — and helping drive engagement and interest in these fast-growing series.” said Joe Tripp, SPEED SPORT’s managing partner and CEO.
