SPEED SPORT 1: How To Watch Bathurst 1000

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — One of the most famous races in the world, as well as a jam-packed schedule of domestic sports car racing from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will take center stage on the SPEED SPORT 1 motorsports network this weekend.

The 60th anniversary running of the Bathurst 1000 endurance race featuring the Repco Supercars Championship is one of the world’s most famous races, run annually on the Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia.

Brodie Kostecki enters the event with a 155-point lead over Shane van Gisbergen, who won the NASCAR Cup Series race in Chicago in July. Kostecki has six victories this season, while van Gisbergen has won four times. Third in the points, Broc Feeney, has five triumphs this year.

SPEED SPORT 1 will have live coverage of qualifying, the Top 10 Shootout and Sunday’s 1,000-kilometer race.

Van Gisbergen is a two-time Bathurst winner, while current IndyCar Series driver Scott McLaughlin won the event in 2019.

The network will also offer live coverage of events from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the 8-Hour Intercontinental GT Challenge on Saturday and a trio of races for the Toyota GR Cup.

Viewers can catch all the action at SPEEDSPORT1.com or by downloading the new SPEED SPORT 1 App, which is now available on the most popular app platforms — Apple TV, Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Fire.
