1. Jett Lawrence
Monster Energy AMA Supercross point leader Jett Lawrence keeps his spot at the top of the power rankings for a second consecutive week after winning his eighth Monster Energy AMA Supercross race of the season Saturday night in Denver. Only one Supercross race remains this season, with Lawrence on track to secure his first 450SX title. Last Week: 1
2. Brad Sweet
Five-time World of Outlaws champion Brad Sweet swept a pair of High Limit Racing features, including a $50,000-to-win main event at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas. The Kasey Kahne Racing pilot also moved into the High Limit point lead for the first time. Last Week: Not Ranked
3. David Gravel
World of Outlaws point leader David Gravel earned a pair of victories last week, giving him five on the season and allowing him to extend his point lead. Gravel won on the short track at Jacksonville (Ill.) Speedway and on the half-mile at Ohio’s Eldora Speedway, giving him the momentum as the series heads to Pennsylvania this week. 4. Kyle Larson
Kyle Larson nipped Chris Buescher to win the closest race in NASCAR Cup Series history Sunday at Kansas Speedway. It was the second victory of the season for Larson, who leads the standings after 12 races. He’s also won in the Xfinity Series in High Limit sprint car competition. Last Week: Not Ranked.
5. Max Verstappen
Reigning Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen finished second in Sunday’s Miami Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver has won four of the six races this season and has a commanding point lead as the series heads for Europe. Last Week: 2
6. Anthony Macri
Pennsylvania sprint car racer Anthony Macri continues to lead the nation with seven victories on the season. Macri will look to add World of Outlaws glory to his 2024 résumé with three chases to conquer The Greatest Show on Dirt this week. Last Week: 3
7. Denny Hamlin
With a fifth-place finish at Kansas Speedway Sunday, Denny Hamlin kept momentum on his side. The Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota driver has won three Cup Series races this season and will be seeking the 55th victory of his career this weekend at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway. Last Week: 4.
8. Ricky Thornton Jr.
Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point leader Ricky Thornton Jr. was on the sidelines as rain sank the series over the weekend. Thornton has five Lucas late model victories and eight overall triumphs this season. Last Week: 5.
9. Greg Anderson
Five-time NHRA Pro Stock champion Greg Anderson served notice he has every intention of winning that sixth title this season. Anderson became the first driver in the class to win twice this year when he topped Sunday’s Four-Wide Nationals at North Carolina’s zMAX Dragway. Last Week: 6.
10. Kody Swanson
Six-time USAC Silver Crown Series champion Kody Swanson is off to a hot start in pursuit of a seventh title. Swanson won Sunday’s race at Winchester (Ind.) Speedway, giving him two triumphs in two events this year. Last Week: Not Ranked
On The Rise: With winning weekends Brad Sweet, David Gravel and Kyle Larson all jumped into the top five of the power rankings.
Free Falling: Justin Ashley, Corey Day, Connor Zilisch and William Byron all fell from the top 10 in the power rankings, while Max Verstappen dropped from second to fifth.
One To Watch: With his schedule picking up with more sprint car races and his first attempt at the Indianapolis 500, Kyle Larson, who moved to fourth in this week’s power rankings, is poised to challenge for the top spot during the coming weeks.
