WILMETTE, Ill. — The Race Track Business Conference has released the agenda for its gathering on December 6.
With eight cutting edge presentations from leading industry professionals, RTBC-2023 will provide attendees with an outstanding overview on the current status of motorsports – on and off the track.

Jason Rittenberry, chief operating officer of the Music City Grand Prix in Nashville, Tenn., will be the keynote speaker.
Rittenberry is a 20-year veteran of the motorsports industry with experience at all levels of motorsports from local short track racing to IndyCar / NASCAR and internationally from MotoGP to Formula One. As a Certified Venues Executive (CVE), with expert knowledge of venue operations including race tracks, stadiums, amphitheaters and convention centers, he has overseen some of the largest venues in motorsports, the entertainment and live event industries.
Most recently, Rittenberry was a founding partner of the Music City Grand Prix in Nashville. Held annually for the last few years, the three-day international festival of racing, music, and food attracts over 110,000 fans. It will host the NTT IndyCar Series season finale and awards banquet.
Previously he was the Chief Strategy Officer for Circuit of The Americas and Austin360 Amphitheater, the only purpose-built Formula One venue in the United States. Prior to his role at COTA, Rittenberry was President and Chief Executive Officer of IRG Sports + Entertainment, the privately held parent company of multiple sports and entertainment properties. He began his career with Dover Motorsports, Inc., as Vice President and General Manager of Memphis Motorsports Park in 2001.
Rittenberry has been recognized by the Memphis and South Florida Business Journals as a Top Forty Under 40 recipient, has received the Chairman’s Citation by the International Association of Venue Managers and has been awarded the ‘Innovator of the Year’ and “Event of the Year” by the Racetrack Business Conference at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show.
