MOORESVILLE, N.C. – The Haas F1 Team has ended its relationship with sponsor Rich Energy, effective immediately.
The news was revealed in a Tweet on the official Haas F1 Team Twitter account Monday morning.
Trouble has been brewing at Rich Energy, which inked a deal to become the Haas F1 Team titles sponsor prior to this season, for some time. Rich Energy announced in July that outspoken CEO William Storey had left the company and the organization had been renamed Lightning Volt.
