Renezeder Continues Off Road Hot Streak

LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. – Carl Renezeder continued to dominated the Pro 4 Unlimited class of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series Sunday at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park, scoring his sixth-straight class triumph.

At the start of the Pro 4 Unlimited feature Renezeder jumped into the lead with Kyle LeDuc and Rob MacCachren following closely behind.

After a full-course caution for an incident involving Eric Barron on lap two, the field returned to racing on lap six. On lap nine the caution flag waved again, this time for the stopped machine of Ryan Beat.

The field returned to racing and Renezeder immediately had his hands full with MacCachren. On the final lap MacCachren got close enough to touch Renezder’s back bumper, but he wasn’t close enough to make the pass for the victory.

MacCachren ended up second, followed by Greg Adler, Corry Weller and Curt LeDuc.

Other Pro winners Sunday included MacCachren (Pro 2 Unlimited), R.J. Anderson (Pro Lite Unlimited) and Bradley Morris (Pro Buggy Unlimited).
