With weather models from Precision Weather Service showing an increase in dangerous thunderstorms and torrential rain in Oklahoma and Kansas this weekend, World of Outlaws Late Model, Arrowhead Speedway and 81 Speedway officials agreed to cancel Friday and Saturday’s events.
