Rain Pushes Nationwide Series To Sunday

NEWTON, Iowa — Persistent rain forced postponement of the DuPont Pioneer 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Iowa Speedway.

The event has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. ET Sunday morning.

Austin Dillon won the pole during qualifying Saturday afternoon with a lap of 136.737 mph on the seven-eighths-mile asphalt track. He’ll share the front row with Sam Hornish Jr.
