NASCAR Euro Series Postpones American SpeedFest

WEST KINGSDOWN, England – The NASCAR Whelen Euro Series American SpeedFest 8 at Brands Hatch has been postponed following the decision by Motorsport UK to extend the suspension of motor racing until at least June 30.

The suspension of motor racing is the result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Event organizer MSV and the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series are working together to secure a new date and an announcement will be made in due course. The race was originally scheduled for June 6-7.

This is the second NASCAR Whelen Euro Series race to be postponed. The series previously postponed the season opener in Valencia, Spain, that was slated for April 25-26. It will now be held Oct. 31-Nov. 1.
